01Is the price for my whole team?
Yes. AnyShare is $20 USD per organization billed monthly, or $120 billed annually (equivalent to $10 per month), after a 7-day free trial, with multiple users included and no per-seat charge. Members work together on the organization’s documents, rooms, links, and analytics. Each separate organization has its own plan and trial. The preview does not collect payments or charge automatically.
02What kinds of files can I share?
Upload PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, CSV files, and supported OpenDocument formats. Office files are converted to a browser-friendly PDF preview while the original is stored privately.
03Do recipients need an AnyShare account?
No. Recipients open a link in their browser and complete the access checks you choose. Verified email is the default. You can also allow anonymous viewing or capture an unverified email, with those visits labeled accordingly. Add a password, allowlist, expiry, or confidentiality acknowledgement when needed.
04Can I update a document after sharing it?
Yes. Upload a new version to keep the same document and share links. New visits see the current version; previous viewing sessions retain their version so their analytics remain meaningful.
05What does page engagement measure?
It measures the active seconds recorded while a document page is in the foreground. Hidden tabs and idle viewers pause the timer. This is a useful signal of engagement, not proof that someone read or understood a page.
