1. About AnyShare

AnyShare is operated by Anysoft LLC. These terms govern your use of the service. By using AnyShare, you agree to these terms; if you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. The service lets members upload and organize documents, create controlled share links and data rooms, and view document engagement information.

The organization plan is $20 USD billed monthly or $120 USD billed annually (equivalent to $10 per month), per organization, after a 7-day free trial, with multiple users included and no per-seat charge. Each organization has its own trial, beginning at creation. No card is required to try AnyShare. The organization owner can select a plan and authorize recurring payments through Stripe. Adding a card during the trial preserves its original end date. Monthly plans renew at $20 USD per month; annual plans renew at $120 USD per year, until canceled. The amount and schedule are shown before you confirm in Stripe.

2. Your account and responsibilities

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in access secure. You are responsible for the files you upload, the audiences you select, the settings you apply, and how you use viewer information. Only share content that you own or have permission to use and disclose.

An organization shares its documents, rooms, links, and analytics among its members. Owners and admins manage settings and membership within their roles; only the owner can appoint or change admins. Invitations are intended for the named email address and require a matching verified account email to accept. You are responsible for inviting appropriate colleagues and reviewing their access.

Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content or malicious software, impersonate another person, evade access checks, probe other organizations, or interfere with the service. You must be an adult with the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

AI assistant connections

Connecting an assistant authorizes the selected organization and permissions. The assistant can receive information returned by those tools under its provider’s terms. Revoking access stops future tool access, but does not remove existing recipient links or recall data already received by the assistant. Sharing controls and organization access rules still apply. Configure share passwords in AnyShare, never in chat. The plugin does not sell subscriptions or initiate checkout.

3. Your content stays yours

You retain your rights to uploaded content. Operating the service requires permission to store, convert, render, and deliver that content according to the sharing settings you choose. This permission is limited to providing and maintaining those functions.

Keep your own copy of important files. AnyShare is not a backup or archival service.

4. Links, recipients, and controls

A share link allows access subject to its current settings. Depending on the link, a recipient may need to provide or verify an email, enter a password, match an allowlist, or acknowledge confidentiality. The sharing organization can expire or revoke links and decide whether the available download action is enabled.

Access controls cannot prevent every form of onward disclosure. A recipient can still take a screenshot or copy displayed information. Revocation cannot recover previously downloaded files or screenshots. Email verification demonstrates access to an email address; it does not verify a person’s legal identity or authority.

5. Analytics and confidentiality acknowledgements

Document analytics summarize visits and recorded foreground engagement. They are not proof of reading, comprehension, agreement, or a person’s intent. The service distinguishes captured emails from verified emails, and prior sessions remain associated with the document version viewed.

A confidentiality acknowledgement records completion of an access step. It is not an electronic signature service, and AnyShare does not assess the enforceability of any confidentiality language supplied by a sharing organization. Read the privacy notice for details on viewer information.

6. Availability and changes

Features and availability may change while the product is in development. Upload conversion, email delivery, authentication, and hosting depend on configured services. There is no guaranteed uptime commitment. Anysoft LLC may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, or technical issues. Material changes to these terms will be identified by an updated effective date and additional notice where required; mandatory rights continue to apply.

If the trial ends without a subscription, new uploads and content edits pause and recipients cannot open your shared links. Your team can still sign in, view or export existing content and analytics, manage billing, revoke links, and delete files. A failed renewal has a three-day grace period from the end of the last paid period. If payment remains unresolved, sharing pauses. A successful subscription restores the existing links, subject to their own expiry and access settings.

Cancel through Settings → Manage billing before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until that date. During a trial, cancellation prevents the scheduled subscription charge. Contact hello@anysoft.ai for billing questions or refund requests.

Prices are in US dollars. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges; review the checkout total before subscribing. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, and service quality rights in your country continue to apply. Contact hello@anysoft.ai to exercise those rights; using the service does not by itself waive them.

7. Ending access and handling data

Organization members can revoke share links to prevent future access through those links. Authorized owners and admins can remove team members; removed members lose organization access. Previously downloaded material is not recalled. A revoked link, removal from an organization, and a deleted account are different actions. Deleting your sign-in account does not automatically delete organization content. Document deletion removes the related application records and queues the original files and previews for background storage cleanup, as described in the privacy notice. Deletion remains available after a trial or subscription ends. Send account deletion or workspace closure requests to hello@anysoft.ai. We verify identity and authority, distinguish your individual account from shared workspaces, and explain any necessary retained records. An owner must arrange ownership transfer for retained workspaces or explicitly request their closure. Closing a workspace and canceling a subscription are separate actions; we will confirm the requested scope with you.

The privacy notice describes the selected retention schedule and its rollout status. Automatic expiration has not yet been enabled. We will announce the effective date and provide the described notice periods before expiration applies to existing content.

8. Governing law and contact

Contact us to try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require arbitration, waive access to a competent court, or remove mandatory local consumer remedies. They do not exclude warranties or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. International availability remains subject to applicable law and supported payment services.

Referral rewards

Share your organization’s referral link with a new AnyShare customer. If they choose to apply the referral, create a new account and organization within 30 days of that choice, and make their first successful subscription payment, your organization earns one month of invoice credit. The first valid referral accepted on the browser receives attribution. Existing customers, self-referrals, and invitations to join an existing team do not qualify. Each referred account, verified email identity, and organization can earn one reward.

The reward is $20 USD for a monthly plan or $10 USD for an annual plan, based on the referring organization’s plan when the credit is issued. Rewards wait until an organization selects a plan and has a billing account. Credits accumulate and automatically reduce future Stripe invoices, including invoices for plan changes. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between organizations or exchanged for a refund.

A refund or dispute of the qualifying payment invalidates the reward. We reverse the corresponding credit; if it has already been used, that reversal increases the amount due on a future invoice. Duplicate accounts and attempts to earn rewards by referring yourself are ineligible. Canceling a subscription does not convert unused credits to cash. Referral histories show status and reward amounts without disclosing the referred customer’s identity.
