Contact AnyShare
Email hello@anysoft.ai with the action you tried, the error shown and your browser or assistant. Include your organization name if relevant. Do not include passwords, verification codes, access tokens, temporary file URLs or confidential documents.
Connect the right organization
Follow the AI connection guide. Sign in through AnyShare’s authorization page and select one organization and the permissions your task needs. Never enter credentials in chat. Switching organizations in the dashboard does not change an existing assistant connection.
If a connection expired or was revoked, reconnect through your assistant. For a missing permission, authorize only the additional scope you need. Review or disconnect access in Settings → AI connections. Disconnecting stops future assistant access; existing documents and recipient links remain, and information already received by the assistant is not recalled.
Upload the original
Files can be up to 104,857,600 bytes (100 MB). Supported formats are PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, ODT, ODP and ODS. Use the exact original file. If your assistant cannot transfer it, open the authenticated upload page it provides and choose the file there.
Uploading and conversion are separate steps. While a document is queued or processing, open its AnyShare document page to check progress. If conversion fails, review the file and use the retry control or upload a supported original. Continue an existing upload after a timeout to avoid duplicates.
Check the recipient’s access
Assistant-created links require verified email and keep downloads off by default. Check the link’s actual settings, expiry and document readiness. An allowlist requires the recipient to verify the listed address. Configure passwords in authenticated AnyShare sharing controls, never in chat. Creating a link does not email it to recipients.
If an action is unavailable with your organization’s current access, the assistant will explain that limitation. Existing documents and engagement reports remain available to your team.
Understand engagement
Assistant reports show aggregate activity by default. Ask for session detail or recorded viewers when needed. Captured emails and verified emails are different; anonymous visits do not identify a person. Active time measures recorded viewer activity and is not proof of reading or intent.
For viewer-data requests, contact the organization that shared the document. For help identifying the appropriate contact or an AnyShare account issue, email us. See our privacy notice and terms for current information and remaining launch disclosures.
