Revise a proposal in your own editor, then replace the file in AnyShare. Recipients can use the document link you already sent. Here is how to update it:
- Open the existing document. In your workspace, choose the document you want to update. Keep the revision under this document instead of creating a separate one.
- Choose Versions, then Upload version. Select your revised file and wait for its preview to finish processing.
- Test the original link in a new visit. Once the new version is ready and current, new visits open that version. Existing document and room links stay the same.
- Compare engagement by version. Earlier viewing sessions remain tied to the version they opened. Use the version selector in the document’s engagement view to read the right results.
This workflow replaces a file; it does not edit the proposal for you or collect electronic signatures. Review the updated preview before relying on it in a client conversation.
