Provide the original file. Your assistant reserves the upload, transfers it when supported, and checks processing. A queued or converting file is still in progress; wait for a ready preview before sharing it as ready to read.
Find the existing document or finish its upload. New assistant-created links require verified email and disable downloads by default. Specify any different access settings you want, and review the actual settings returned with the link.

Members can disconnect their own connections; organization owners and admins can disconnect connections into their organization. The assistant needs a new authorization to reconnect. Existing documents and share links remain unchanged.
Every authorization is tied to one organization. To use another organization, authorize a new connection and select it explicitly. Switching organizations in the AnyShare dashboard does not change what an existing assistant connection can access.
Yes. AI connections follow your organization’s existing access and billing rules, including paused or expired access. Files have the same supported types and 5 MB limit. Connecting an assistant does not bypass those limits.
No. Reading analytics through this connection does not create viewer sessions or engagement. Reports describe measured activity from document viewers and identify the scope and any remaining pages of results.
