Email verification does not establish legal identity. Viewing time and completion describe activity, not comprehension or buying intent. AnyShare also includes passwords, expiry, revocation, download controls, and personalized watermarks; these do not prevent screenshots or recover copies already saved.
Count the team. Choose the plan.
AnyShare is $20 per organization billed monthly, or $120 billed yearly ($10 per month equivalent). All team members are included. The examples below compare annual subscriptions for the people managing documents, not the number of recipients.
Teammates manage content; recipients view it. Invite colleagues who need to manage documents, rooms, links, or analytics into your AnyShare organization. They are included in its subscription. Investors and clients opening your shared links are external recipients: they do not need an AnyShare account or a paid seat. Papermark’s displayed extra-member fees apply to team members; its pricing cards list unlimited visitors.

A good fit goes both ways.
Choose AnyShare when…
You want colleagues to manage decks, proposals, or client files together at a predictable organization price. Your documents fit the 100 MB limit, and you need protected links, organized rooms, and page activity.
A separate room for each document set works for your process. You can create distinct links for audiences and revoke them individually, while keeping the room’s contents consistent for everyone who can enter it.
See a real room setup and checklistConsider Papermark when…
You need to expose different files or folders to different people inside one room. Its granular permission model is a meaningful advantage for that workflow.
Your own sharing domain or operating the software on your infrastructure is a requirement. Self-hosting also means planning for storage, email, maintenance, and operations; the hosted subscription table above is not a self-hosting cost estimate.
Explore Papermark’s room permissionsA few practical answers.
01Is AnyShare a Papermark alternative?
Yes, for protected document links, shared team management, data rooms, and page-level engagement. AnyShare by Anysoft puts these in one organization plan. Check the room permission model, upload limit, and hosting needs before switching; the products do not cover every workflow in the same way.
02Will more investors or clients increase my seat bill?
AnyShare does not charge per document recipient, and all internal teammates are included in its organization price. Recipients open links and complete the selected access checks without creating accounts. Papermark also lists unlimited visitors; its additional-member prices concern the colleagues on your team. Compare the number of people managing content, not the number receiving a link.
03Is AnyShare cheaper than Papermark?
For the paid team plans shown above, AnyShare has the lower subscription total. Papermark’s free plan can cost less for an individual whose needs fit its limits. Compare the controls and capacity you actually need, not just the headline price.
04Can different people see different folders in AnyShare?
Not within the same room. AnyShare controls access through room links, and admitted recipients can access that room’s documents. Use separate rooms when the document sets differ. If folder-level access inside a single room is essential, evaluate Papermark’s granular permissions.
05Can I move my existing documents and analytics?
Upload your original supported files and create new AnyShare links. PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint decks, spreadsheets, and supported OpenDocument files can be previewed, up to 100 MB per file. AnyShare does not automatically import Papermark analytics or preserve its URLs. Keep any history you need, test representative files, and update the links you distribute.
06What happens after AnyShare’s free trial?
The organization trial lasts seven days and needs no credit card. Without a paid subscription, sharing and new uploads pause when it ends. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Recipients do not need an AnyShare account; they complete the access checks on the link.
